Ethan Ostrow Quartet

Berkeley native Ethan Ostrow returns to the Bay from Minneapolis, where he has established himself as a leading voice in the jazz and original music scenes. Ethan’s music draws influence from rock and folk music, and is “dynamic, passionate, and gorgeous” (East Bay Express).

Ethan’s credits include Dayna Stephens, Kellin Hanas, Nick Marziani, and contestants of NBC’s The Voice Adam Bohanan and Ashley DuBose at venues such as Birdland, Dizzy’s, Yoshi’s, and The Dakota. Ethan is a graduate of the Manhattan School of Music, having been mentored by Stefon Harris, Ingrid Jensen, Jaleel Shaw, and Phil Markowitz. He also studied with Bay Area legends Susan Muscarella and Max Cowan (Otis McDonald, Atta Kid).
