Larry Vuckovich: Hector Lugo Jazz/Latin Trio

Esteemed Afro-Cuban style, Puerto Rican percussionist/vocalist, Hector Lugo has mastered the Caribbean folkloric forms of Cuban & Puerto Rican music. Also, he is strongly steeped into jazz, bebop playing – swinging and creating a strong 4/4 groove in the style of another great Puerto Rican, Ray Barreto. Hector has recorded several CDs with Larry Vuckovich developing close chemistry. Together along with veteran bassist Doug Miller, they will take the Keys Bistro audience on an exciting journey into the worlds of jazz, Latin & World Music. Another plus: Hector possesses a magnificent voice adding another dimension to the program. Don’t miss this unusual, powerful program!
