Lilan Kane Presents: Soul In Bloom

Oakland-based soul singer and bandleader Lilan Kane returns for an intimate night of soul and jazz. A Black Cat alum from the club’s early days, Kane comes back to the room where part of her live sound was shaped, now presenting a set of original compositions and soulful covers with her full band. Known for her sultry, emotionally raw storytelling, she’ll also be joined by two exceptional guest female vocalists Shamilah Ivory and Natalie John, adding dynamic layers of collaboration and harmony throughout the evening. Rooted in connection and improvisation, the night promises an intimate, groove-forward performance that may open into spontaneous jams and unrepeatable moments.
