Pepe Fuego brings his signature rhythmic fire to the Sheba Piano Lounge January 15th from 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM. Known for blending the percussive traditions of Latin jazz with modern improvisation, Pepe Fuego transforms the intimate Fillmore lounge into a tropical escape.

No Cover Charge: As is the tradition at Sheba, there is no cover charge for this world-class performance, making it one of the best “hidden gem” musical values in the historic Fillmore District.

Pepe Fuego (often performing with his trio or as part of the Pepe Jacobo ensemble) is a seasoned percussionist and bandleader with deep roots in the Bay Area Latin music scene. Known for his “technical brilliance and infectious joy,” he has spent years performing at top-tier venues like Yoshi’s and SFJAZZ. His mission is to keep the vibrant legacy of Latin percussion alive in San Francisco, often collaborating with a rotating cast of the city’s best horn players and pianists to ensure every Thursday night at Sheba offers something new and electrifying.
