The Christian Artmann Quintet

While deeply centered in contemporary jazz, his compositions reflect his roots in European classical and Eastern European folk music, his love of prog rock and Brazilian music, as well as his Buddhist faith. For this date, Artmann is joined by long-term collaborators and friends Laszlo Gardony (piano), Jeff Denson (bass), Yoron Israel (drums) and Elena McEntire (vocals). Together they will bring you an evening of dynamic interplay and exciting new music, without borders.
